Courses

We offer a range of courses that have all been specially designed to help with any stress, worry or anxiety you are experiencing.

We offer a range of courses that have all been specially designed to help with any stress, worry or anxiety you are experiencing.

At each of our courses you will be supported by our team to build your confidence and learn new techniques to use at home to better manage how you are feeling.

These courses run over a number of weeks and give you the chance to meet others who are experiencing similar feelings to you.

To access any of our courses all you need to do is fill in our simple online referral form or give us a call on 0114 226 4380.

All of the courses we offer are listed below, but you can use the filters to tell us how you are feeling and help narrow down the course that suits you best. 

Assessment

To understand how we can best help you one of our Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners can carry out an assessment of your needs. 

Wellbeing Wednesdays

We have designed the sessions to give you some practical tips on how to look after your wellbeing and give you a taster of the range of support IAPT can offer you.

Our Overcoming Low Mood course introduces you to some helpful techniques to improve how you feel.

Our Overcoming Low Mood course introduces you to some helpful techniques to improve how you feel.  

This course is specially designed for women who speak Arabic or Urdu, and is delivered by trained NHS staff who work with an interpreter.

Our Overcoming Anxiety and Worry course helps you understand the effects of anxiety on your body and techniques you can use to overcome it.

Our Living Well with Pain course is designed to help you understand more about pain and learn new coping strategies and tools to better manage your pain and the impact it has on your life.
